"Good food"
"FIVE-STAR EXCELLENCE!! I ordered a lunch plate of two enchiladas - one of shredded beef, and one of shredded chicken, beans and rice. I had our waiter Miguel switch the traditional "squished and whipped" pinto beans for whole black beans. I added "Pico de Gallo", guacamole and sour cream on the side. Miguel delivered a large, oval plate that was piping hot! The black beans were lying in their own juices - not dried out beans as one sometimes finds in other restaurants. The rice was perfectly cooked - the grains hadn't "puffed" open yet, still retaining their perfect shape. ALL of that was PERFECTION on a plate!! Soft juicy meats filled the enchiladas, the beans and rice were perfect, also! The only thing I didn't care for was the typical red salsa for the chips - too spicy-hot for me and not enough "chunks" of anything in it, BUT with the salsa they also served a delightful accompanying dish of "Mexican Salsa", a liquidless, shredded "salad" if you will, that was new to me and extremely tasty - loved it! MIGUEL, our waiter was extremely nice, polite, friendly (had a big smile all the time), well groomed and knowledgeable (we asked many questions), and with great English diction. He is a pure delight to have as a waiter!! Overall, I couldn't have had a better time or lunch for this day. Everything seemed just about perfect!!! FIVE STARS for the FOOD, MIGUEL AND THE UNSEEN CHEF (and the seater, whose name I didn't get and Chela, the water bearer)!!"
